It gives us great pleasure to welcome all delegates to the Coventry Spine Master’s being held at The University Hospital Coventry/ Warwickshire. We would like to extend a special welcome to our overseas delegates and International keynote speakers, who we are sure, will provide a stimulating and diverse contribution to the debates and topics during the course.
This is the first course to be conducted in collaboration with World Spinal Column Society in Britain, which will encompass all spine pathology including trauma, deformity, biomechanical and tumours. All the interactive sessions will be lead by eminent Spinal Surgeons from all over the world including Biomechenical session by Ed Benzel, Deformity by Doug Orr (Cleveland Clinic), Cervical Spine pathology by Volker Sonntag (Barrows Neurological institute) , Joachim Oertel (Saarland University Germany), Spinal Tumour by Mehmet Zileli (Izmir, Turkey) and Richard Assakar (University of Lille France). Up to date literature along with latest technology and treatment will be shared with participants.

First of all, let me warmly welcome you all to the Annual Scientific Conference of Orthopaedic Department, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University “AMAST 2015” that will be held on March 4th- 5th , 2015 at Al Massah Hotel.Since the Orthopaedic Department at Ain Shams University is one of the leaders in the Orthopaedic & Spine teaching and as we used to do our best spread and share knowledge, clinical and practical experience, we are proud to announce a new spine event on March 2015, after many spine conferences and meeting, we held our AMAST (Ain Shams Meeting of Advanced Spine Technique) that achieved great success and valuable benefits for all speakers, instructors and attendees.This year we decide to go a step further by arranging the AMAST in collaboration with the world Spine Organization.Lecturers, workshops and group discussions will be enriched by international eminent surgeons and researchers.
